The FX516 flax wet spinning machine features high-tech E-cam and E-drafting systems and an oblique wheel headstock. The draft roller adopts a bearing type, and the other two rows of the roller are also made of copper bearing types. It is equipped with three automatic devices, including an adjustable length auto doffing system, a ring plate automatic reset system, and an automatic stop system after doffing with automatic adjustment of the rear end yarn, without a crank.

The machine is also equipped with an auto oil dripping device, and a Japanese Panasonic PLC is used to control and display data. Stainless-steel parts have been added to the original FX508 standard, making it better than the FX505. The foot pedal has been replaced with an aluminum alloy pattern plate, and the rear baffle plate is made of stainless steel. The machine requires manual replacement of gears, but the rest of the accessories are the same as the original F508.
