1.The machine adopts the large color touch screen(imported) to realize man-machine communication. It makes operation and maintenance of machine easier, convenient and operator-friendly.

2.The machine adopts the programmable controller to control the machine operation. The inverter is used on main motor. The whole operating process is easy, convenient, stable and reliable.

3.Operator-friendly design eases operation. There are inching, start, and stop buttons on the pneumatic box at the front head of the machine, and on top of the electric control panel at mid section of the machine.

4.It adopts inverter motor drive to facilitate stable startup, high efficiency and energy saving.

5.3-over-3 drafting system with pneumatic weighting is adopted. According to the batt weight required, the main draft times can be set. The pneumatic weighting mechanism is simple, stable and reliable.

6.Elevated feed creel is used, with sliver cans placed on both sides of the lap table. The direction of lap drafting is in accordance with that of the lap table, with sliver entering into drafting system free of twists and turns.
