This machine is suitable for processing various kinds of cotton. A fiber condenser feeds the cotton picked up by an automatic bale plucker into this machine for further carding, opening, and cleaning. The cleaned cotton is then delivered to the next machine for further processing.
The cleaning unit comprises a spike beater, a U-type beater, a porcupine beater, and three groups of grid bars. Raw material is processed gradually by the spike beaters, U-type beaters, and porcupine beaters in sequence, and the clearances between grid bars are decreased accordingly. Thus, the fiber can be fully opened and cleaned with less damage too.
