Type A002D and FA003 are the initial treatment in blowroom line, which are introduced to pluck cotton of various grades and man-made fibre below 76mm.

Main Features

A002D and FA003 are both furnished with sawtooth blade beater. From inside to outside, the blades are divided into three groups from wide to close, so that the cotton could be plucked uniformly in smaller tufts. It is favourable for next process to blend and clean.

Application & Features

Before the cotton flow enters the multi-function air flow tower, it first enters the dust cage from the volute, decompresses the high-pressure cotton flow output by the cotton grab machine, and removes short velvet and fine dust. The cotton flow then falls freely into the cotton bucket.

The cotton flow is drawn into the dust grid parts through a 180-degree curved pipe. Using the centrifugal effect of the cotton flow, it removes impurities larger than the fibers while reducing the loss of spinnable fibers.

After passing through the impact dust rod, the cotton flow further removes heavy impurities, short velvet, and fine dust. Impurities in the cotton flow fall into the collection box through the gaps of the dust bar, and the cotton flow undergoes secondary decompression regulation.

The cotton flow is sucked into the iron parts of the bridge. If there are iron chips or iron blocks in the cotton flow, they will be sucked out. Driven by the cotton fan, the cotton flow is fed into the subsequent machine.

An air conditioning and exhaust air adjustment device is installed, which can be flexibly adjusted according to needs to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the cleaning and combing system, improve the quality of the cleaned and combed yarn, and reduce input and operating costs.
