The Basler AVC63-12A1 is a rugged, high-performance analog automatic voltage regulator designed for brushless synchronous generators with a 63 V DC exciter field output. Built to deliver extremely tight regulation, reliable build-up from low residual voltages, and full paralleling/droop compensation capability, the AVC63-12A1 is ideal for industrial generator sets where stable voltage output, fast transient response, and low maintenance are critical.
Output: Up to 12 A DC continuous at 63 V DC.
Input power: Single- or three-phase, 50-400 Hz. For model A1 (sensing 90-139 Vac, 50/60 Hz) option.
Sensing voltage: Option A – 90 to 139 Vac.
Regulation accuracy: Typically ±0.5% of voltage setpoint (average responding) under specified conditions. expetcontrols.com+15% of voltage setpoint (average responding) under specified conditions.
Voltage build-up from residual generator voltage as low as ~6 Vac (for the AVC63-12 family) for reliable startup.
Droop/line-drop compensation: Adjustable droop 0-10% for paralleling applications. Operating temperature/humidity: –40 °C to +70 °C; high shock/vibration tolerance.
