Scope of Work

1. Initial Inspection & Assessment

   • Visual inspection of compressor housing, drive system, and safety guards.

   • Check for oil leaks, unusual noise, or vibration.

   • Record operational parameters (pressure, temperature, load).

2. Preventive Maintenance & Servicing

   • Air Filter: Remove, clean/replace as required.

   • Oil Filter: Replace with OEM/Equivalent quality.

   • Separator Element: Inspect and replace if differential pressure is high.

   • Lubricating Oil: Drain and refill with Kaishan-recommended compressor oil.

   • Cooler Cleaning: Clean air/oil cooler to prevent overheating.

   • Drive Belts/Couplings: Inspect and adjust tension/alignment.

3. Functional Checks

   • Test pressure relief valve operation.

   • Check control panel indicators & alarms.

   • Verify auto-load/unload function.

4. Final Testing

   • Run the compressor under load and no-load conditions.

   • Record final operating parameters.

   • Provide service report with recommendations.

We will use OEM or equivalent quality spare parts, lubricants, and consumables recommended for Kaishan Screw Air Compressors.
