The system is mainly applied for proportioning a variety of raw materials through the batching plant, then theraw materials will be initial oose mixed by the fiber blending device, and then the raw materials wil be senby wind to the fiber spreading device above one side of the fiber mixing silo, whose elbow driven by thireducer rotates to spread the raw materials evenly in the fiber silo, When the silo is full of fiber, the liftincurtain of the fiber picking device will grab the raw materials vertically and send thenback to the fiber blendincdevice through the air duct for loosexing again. The fan will send the fiber to the fiber spreading device olthe other side of the silo through the pipe distributor (tee), and the rotating head will evenly spread the rawnaterials in the other silo, Oil and water can be aatically filled during the fiber laying process. After beingplaced for a certain time, the raw materials will be directly sent to the fiber carding device through the liftingcurtain and air duct.
