Our standard CP screw compressor servicing package includes:

1. Inspection & Diagnosis

   • Visual inspection of compressor unit, motor, and control system.

   • Check for air leaks, vibration, and abnormal noise.

   • Test operating parameters (pressure, temperature, oil level, amperage).

2. Preventive Maintenance

   • Replace oil filter, air filter, and separator element (OEM or equivalent).

   • Change compressor oil (CP-recommended grade).

   • Clean cooler fins and air passages.

   • Check and tighten electrical connections.

3. Lubrication & Cleaning

   • Lubricate moving parts as required.

   • Remove dust, dirt, and oil residue from machine exterior.

4. Operational Testing

   • Run test after servicing.

   • Measure load/unload cycle performance.

   • Adjust parameters if required for optimal efficiency.

5. Service Report

   • Detailed report including replaced parts, measurements, and recommendations for future maintenance.

We propose using only genuine CP or equivalent high-quality spare parts:

• Air Filter

• Oil Filter

• Separator Element

• Compressor Oil (CP Recommended)

• O-Rings & Seals (if required)

Service Interval

• Recommended service: Every 2,000–4,000 running hours (depending on usage & environment).
