A. Preventive Maintenance
Visual inspection for oil, air, and coolant leaks.
Check and replace (if required) air filter, oil filter, and separator element.
Inspect belts/coupling alignment and tension.
Check electrical connections and control panel.
Clean cooler cores (oil and air coolers).
Drain condensate from filters and receiver tank.
B. Lubrication & Oil Change
Drain used compressor oil.
Replace with CompAir-recommended lubricant.
Change oil filter and oil separator.
C. System Performance Checks
Measure operating temperature and working pressure.
Verify load/unload cycle operation.
Check motor amperage and voltage balance.
D. Safety & Control Checks
Test pressure relief valve function.
Inspect and verify safety interlocks.
Reset service reminders after completion.
Based on CompAir OEM guidelines:
Minor Service: Every 2,000 operating hours or 6 months.
Major Service: Every 4,000–8,000 operating hours or annually.
Upon completion of servicing, we will provide:
Detailed service report.
List of replaced and recommended spare parts.
Test results for operational parameters.
Before-and-after service photos (if required).
