Scope of Work

A. Preventive Maintenance

• Visual inspection for oil, air, and coolant leaks.

• Check and replace (if required) air filter, oil filter, and separator element.

• Inspect belts/coupling alignment and tension.

• Check electrical connections and control panel.

• Clean cooler cores (oil and air coolers).

• Drain condensate from filters and receiver tank.

B. Lubrication & Oil Change

• Drain used compressor oil.

• Replace with CompAir-recommended lubricant.

• Change oil filter and oil separator.

C. System Performance Checks

• Measure operating temperature and working pressure.

• Verify load/unload cycle operation.

• Check motor amperage and voltage balance.

D. Safety & Control Checks

• Test pressure relief valve function.

• Inspect and verify safety interlocks.

• Reset service reminders after completion.

 Recommended Service Intervals

Based on CompAir OEM guidelines:

• Minor Service: Every 2,000 operating hours or 6 months.

• Major Service: Every 4,000–8,000 operating hours or annually.

 Deliverables

Upon completion of servicing, we will provide:

• Detailed service report.

• List of replaced and recommended spare parts.

• Test results for operational parameters.

• Before-and-after service photos (if required).
