Our standard service package includes:

A. Preventive Maintenance

• Visual inspection for oil, air, and refrigerant leaks.

• Checking air filter, oil filter, and separator element; replacement if necessary.

• Inspection and tightening of electrical connections.

• Checking V-belts or direct drive coupling alignment.

• Cleaning cooling surfaces and radiator fins.

• Draining condensate from receiver tank and filters.

B. Lubrication & Oil Change

• Draining old compressor oil and replacing with BOGE-recommended lubricant.

• Cleaning/replacing oil filter and oil separator.

C. Performance Testing

• Measuring operating temperature and pressure.

• Monitoring load/unload cycles for proper operation.

• Recording ampere draw of motor.

D. Safety & Control Checks

• Testing pressure relief valve operation.

• Verifying controller display readings.

• Checking service interval reminder reset.

Service Interval

We recommend servicing every 2,000–4,000 operating hours (or as per OEM guidelines) to prevent unplanned downtime.

Deliverables

Upon completion, we will provide:
