We are pleased to submit our proposal for the rewinding and/or repairing of the electric motor used in your BOGE Air Compressor. Our service ensures that the motor is restored to original OEM performance standards, improving operational efficiency and prolonging its life.
Our technicians are trained in the latest motor repair techniques, following IEC standards and BOGE specifications to guarantee quality and reliability.
Our motor rewinding and repairing process includes:
A. Disassembly & Inspection
Complete dismantling of the motor.
Inspection of stator windings, rotor, bearings, and shaft.
Checking for burnt coils, insulation damage, or mechanical wear.
B. Cleaning & Preparation
Cleaning all parts with industrial degreasers.
Removing old windings and insulation.
Core testing for shorted laminations.
C. Rewinding Process
Rewinding stator coils with Class H / Class F enamel copper wire as per OEM design.
Applying high-grade slot liners and insulating materials.
Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) with heat-resistant varnish.
D. Mechanical Overhaul
Bearing replacement with SKF/NTN bearings.
Shaft journal repair if necessary.
Dynamic rotor balancing to ISO 1940 standards.
E. Electrical & Performance Testing
Insulation resistance test (Megger test).
High-voltage withstand test.
No-load test for current, vibration, and noise levels.
F. Reassembly & Delivery
Final assembly with proper torque on fasteners.
Painting and protective coating for corrosion resistance.
Delivery and installation back into the compressor system.
Motor rewound to original winding specifications.
New bearings and seals installed.
Test report with insulation resistance, no-load current, and vibration readings.
