Basler AVR BE2000E – Digital Automatic Voltage Regulator

The Basler BE2000E is a microprocessor-based digital automatic voltage regulator (AVR) designed for brushless synchronous generators. It delivers advanced voltage regulation, stability, and performance across a wide range of industrial and commercial generator applications.

Built as a direct replacement for Marathon DVR2000E/DVR2000EC, the BE2000E combines digital precision with rugged reliability. It offers four regulation modes—Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR), Field Current Regulation (FCR), Reactive Power (VAR) control, and Power Factor (PF) control—for versatile generator management.

With RS-232 communication, operators can easily configure, monitor, and fine-tune system parameters using Basler’s BESTCOMS-BE2000E software. Integrated protection features guard against overexcitation, voltage overshoot, loss of sensing, and high temperature.
