Basler AVR AVC63-7 – Automatic Voltage Regulator

The Basler AVR AVC63-7 is a rugged, high-performance analog automatic voltage regulator built for brushless generators with a 63 V DC exciter field. It features ultra-tight regulation, integrated paralleling/droop functionality, automatic voltage build-up from low residual voltages, and a potted enclosure for harsh-environment reliability. Ideal for industrial generator sets where consistent voltage output, fast response, and minimal maintenance are required.

• DC output: 7 A continuous at 63 V DC.AC input supply: 170-305 V AC (single phase), 50/60 Hz. 

• Regulation accuracy: better than ±0.25% from no-load to full load. 

• Automatic voltage build-up from residual ≥ 6 V AC at ~25 Hz. 

• Built-in paralleling current-transformer (CT) input for droop compensation (0-6%). 

• Operating temperature: –40 °C to +60 °C; shock/vibration certified.
