Our repair/rewinding service will include:
A. Preliminary Inspection & Testing
Visual inspection of motor exterior, terminal box, and mounting
Electrical testing of windings (Insulation Resistance – Megger Test, Winding Resistance Test, Surge Test)
Rotor bar inspection and shaft alignment check
B. Dismantling & Cleaning
Complete dismantling of the motor
Cleaning of stator core and rotor using chemical degreasing and hot water wash
Bearing removal and bearing housing inspection
C. Rewinding Process
Removal of old winding
Stator slot cleaning and varnish residue removal
Insertion of new high-grade copper winding wire (Class F/H insulation)
Application of slot liners and insulation materials (Nomex/Mylar)
Coil formation, lacing, and placement in slots
Impregnation with high-temperature epoxy varnish (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation if applicable)
Oven curing at controlled temperature
D. Assembly & Replacement
Rotor balancing and bearing replacement (SKF/FAG)
Reassembly of motor with new seals and gaskets
Shaft alignment check and coupling fitment
E. Final Testing
No-load running test and vibration analysis
Temperature rise monitoring
Load test (if required)
Final inspection report submission
Winding Wire: Super enamelled copper (Class F/H, 200°C rating)
Insulation Materials: OEM-grade Nomex, Mylar, Class F/H varnish
Bearings: SKF / FAG / OEM-specified
All work as per IEC 60034 and OEM guidelines
We offer 12 months warranty on rewinding workmanship and materials used, excluding damage due to electrical faults or mechanical mishandling.
